Sound Communications Moves to New National Headquarters
Industry Leader of Digital Recording for Voice, Video & Data Integration
Relocates to Historic Building in Grove City, OH
GROVE CITY, Ohio – November 2010 – Sound Communications, Inc., (SCI) a leading integrator of digital voice and digital video recording solutions for contact centers and public safety centers, has completed their relocation into the former Bimco Building in Grove City, Ohio. The new corporate headquarters are located in Grove City’s historic Town Center district at 3474 Park Street.
“We’re excited to add to the legacy of this great old building,” said Garry Stephenson, president of Sound Communications. “The renovations took some time, but the results were worth the wait. We believe that we can better serve our call center and public safety center customers at our new location.”
In mid-November 2010, the firm began fully operating from this new location. To celebrate the relocation, Sound Communications hosted an open house earlier this month for customers, media, local dignitaries and Grove City businesses. The revitalized facility provides more than 14,000 square feet of space for Sound Communications’ bustling technical and administrative operations. The new facility is nearly triple the size of the company’s previous headquarters, offering additional space for the rapidly growing firm.

Dating back to the 1920’s, the former Bimco Building served as an industrial belt factory, an indoor firing range, and a warehouse before spending a number of years silent and unoccupied.
